Initial Ideas for Films in 3 Differnet Genres

A mind map of ideas for a Comedy.

This mind map is my initial ideas for an Action film. 

This was a mind-map I produced, it is about the genre, Horror.


The reasons behind why I made these mind maps was to help me choose a genre. It helped me realise the sort of thing each genre had to include, and therefor what genre would best suit the idea, as a group, we had came up with. By doing this it made us realise the things we would have to include, depending upon what genre we chose, and also what effect these things have on the film opening, and audience alike. By creating these mind maps it helped us chose which genre was best suited to our ideas, and suit the style of our film. Also by doing this we could then see the conventions that we had to include in order to make it specific to this genre and help make it identifiable to the audience which genre the film is from.
