Audience Questionnaire

We asked a group of 25 film fans the following questions. We did this to investigate the popularity of some of the aspects of filmmaking (Exhibition, Production and Marketing).

1. What is your favourite genre from the following:
- Horror
- Comedy
- Thriller/Action
- Crime
- Sci-fi
- Other

2. Will you see a film purely for the actors featured?

3. Do you find that mainstream films are easier and more entertaining to watch?

4. In your opinion, if the film has poor acting, or the incorrect actor is cast for the role, does this hinder the film's success?

5. Do you prefer to view a film in the cinema, or on DVD/Blu Ray?

6. If a film is not advertised properly or effectively, do you think this hinders its chances of success?
